New review: The Man Without A Body

…or “I bet he didn’t see that coming”.

If it’s nonsensical rubbish you’re after, look no further than this “gem”, from the same team that brought us Woman Eater (a guarantee of quality if ever I heard one).

It may have been an X certificate when it came out, but now it’s very much a Y, as in:

A rich man has an incurable brain tumour, and he’s decided that the best approach would be to transplant someone else’s head onto his body. “Why?”

It has to be the brain of someone who’s been dead for a very long time. “Why?”

He reckons Nostradamus’ head, which is somehow miraculously preserved, would be the best one. “For God’s sake, why?”

We have a body of a friend and a damaged 400 year old head – clearly the only thing to do is stitch them together! “Erm… why?”

And so on.
